Bảng xếp hạng đại học Nhật Bản năm 2025 của Times Higher Education

Ngày 3/4/2025, Times Higher Education (THE) đã công bố Bảng xếp hạng đại học Nhật Bản năm 2025 (THE Japan University Rankings 2025) với 257 cơ sở giáo dục đại học trên khắp 47 tỉnh ở Nhật Bản. Các CSGDĐH Nhật Bản có sự hiện diện mạnh mẽ trên trường quốc tế đã đạt được bước tiến trong bảng xếp hạng quốc gia năm nay.

Bảng xếp hạng đại học Nhật Bản của THE dựa trên 16 tiêu chí thuộc 4 nhóm "trụ cột" thể hiện sức mạnh tổng thể của một CSGDĐH gồm: Nguồn lực (Resources), Sự tham gia (Engagement), Kết quả hoạt động (Outcomes) và Môi trường (Environment). 

Dữ liệu xếp hạng đến từ nhiều nguồn khác nhau, gồm dữ liệu tự nộp từ các trường;  dữ liệu thu thập từ Elsevier, Benesse Corporation, Nikkei Human Resources, chính phủ Nhật Bản và dữ liệu Khảo sát uy tín học thuật của THE.  

Vài điểm nổi bật của xếp hạng năm 2025:

- Đại học Tohoku dẫn đầu Nhật Bản lần thứ năm liên tiếp
- Đại học Kyoto tăng một bậc lên vị trí thứ tư và dẫn đầu ở trụ cột "Kết quả hoạt động"
- Đại học quốc tế Akita trở lại top 10 kể từ năm 2020, đứng đầu ở trụ cột "Môi trường"
- Đại học Y và Nha khoa Tokyo có điểm cao nhất ở trụ cột "Nguồn lực"
